Season 2

"Did You Do This? No, You Did It!"

The Undertaker and his assistants are dispatched from Kansas City, Missouri to Fargo, North Dakota by Hamish Broker. He is tasked to execute Mike Milligan for failing to destroy the Gerhardt family and endangering the organization's security. The Undertaker goes to the hotel where Milligan is staying and enters his room. Milligan approaches him to shake his hand, but actually deploys a concealed holdout pistol, shooting the Undertaker in the head and killing him. Gale Kitchen bags his body and those of his assistants and dumps them in the woods, blaming their deaths on the Gerhardts.
